How can I pay by mail?

We accept Check or Money Order sent by mail. 

Please make checks payable to:   Maldo Properties 

Mail payments to:  5351 E Harrison Ave, Harlingen, Texas, 78550

Can I still make a payment in person?

Absolutely! To make arrangements, call 956-254-3404 to schedule an appointment. 


You may use our secure mailbox as a drop box, available 24/7. Please place your payment in an envelope with your name, address, and either your email or phone number to receive a confirmation. The mailbox is checked 3-4 times daily. For reassurance, please send a text to notify us of your payment.

How do I request a rent receipt?

If you pay online, you will immediately receive a payment confirmation.

If you pay by mail, you can request a receipt by using the contact form or by calling 956-254-3404. We can email or mail one to you.

Do you allow pets?

 Select units are dog/cat friendly. 

$250 fee (nonrefundable). 

$15 monthly fee per pet (2 max).

Pets must be under 20lbs. 

Pet noise complaints are treated as a noise violation. Disruptive/ aggressive/ loud animals are not allowed.
